Regional Global Consultant
Neda Bayat has been working for Cohen Brown Management Group for 11 years in a variety of roles. For the past 3 years, she has been focusing on Business Development and Results Consulting.
Neda started at Cohen Brown’s US headquarters as a research analyst. She also assisted the Production and Editing Teams on a freelance basis. Following that experience, Neda worked directly with Dr. Martin L. Cohen, CEO of Cohen Brown, in Cohen Brown’s associate company, Breakthrough PerformanceTechSM (BPT), supporting the creation of BPT’s breakthrough performance methodology, Performance Drilling®.
After moving to the UK, Neda joined Cohen Brown’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) Team in Business Development and supported the Director of Business Development, taking on both business development and consulting work.
During Neda’s time in the UK, she also worked as a Personal Banker for Barclays Bank. After just 6 months in this role, she was #1 on the regional list for surpassing her targets in booking the highest number of appointments for her local Financial Planner and Premier Banker, resulting in an offer to join the Premier banking team. Neda, who had continued to work for BPT part time, decided to return to CBMG and BPT full time.
Neda’s dedication to each project and the people she works with, and her genuine empathy for and understanding of her business relationships and partners, allow her to remain flexible and open-minded in listening to her clients and prospects and adjusting Cohen Brown’s and BPT’s value proposition to meet their specific needs. Neda’s experience in the US, the UK, and the EMEA region has prepared her for dealing with cultural differences and embracing commonalities, allowing her to see the process from the client’s perspective.
Neda earned her BA in Directing Dramatic Arts at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her directing experience provided her with an awareness of the complexities of working with individuals as a team to create a common goal and vision. She continued her education in the UK, earning business foundation units at Macclesfield College.Go Back
