The Coach Skills Loop contains the Observation, Observational Feedback and Skills Building. During this one-hour session, we will focus on the steps that Coaches must take prior, during and after the observation. These steps will ensure a positive Best-of-the-Best coaching session as well as strengthen the Banker’s performance.
