Gaining Receptivity When Setting and Communicating Goals
Everyone knows every position within the organization is going to have goals but it is understandable that both managers and the team may have some level of anxiety about the goals. Some of the anxiety comes from knowing the goals may be outside one’s comfort zone. A manager knowing what to say and how to say it can help the manager minimize anxiety and maximize receptivity. We are going to focus on what to say (scripting) and how to say it (style) during this workshop.
