A sports coach might refer to this as the “play,” which is the plan to take one or more skills to achieve a specific outcome. Plays and plans include three critical components, what, how, much and by when.
You will be looking at “inspecting what you expect” within plans to create actions that will take client/member relationships to Best of the Best levels.
