According to a 2020 survey conducted by BCG, 37% of respondents want their financial institution to be more like Amazon and 29% want the financial institution to be like a personal shopper. Basically, having an indication of what a client/member might like or need before the client/member even thinks of it!  Conducting proactive calls will allow you to uncover not only the current and known needs of your clients/members but the unknown and future needs as well. Learn the process of preparing for calls, creating an entry line that will engage the listener and navigating through a financial needs assessment while speaking with clients/members.
