 A Manager Follow-Up worksheet is included for coaches of those attending the session which will allow coaches to reinforce the behaviors learned during the session.

 During the call, we ask that you keep your telephone on mute when not speaking, and also that you not place the call on hold if you have to step away for a minute, as most phone systems’ hold music will be disruptive during the call.
