Employees are eligible for these benefits on the first
of the month following 30 days of full-time employment.
Cohen Brown will pay the following insurance premiums for employees:
100% of the premium costs
100% of the premium costs to insure the employee for health, dental, and vision.
Cohen Brown offers a 401(k) savings plan for all employees who work at least 1,000 hours per year. You are eligible to participate in the plan on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment. Under the plan, you can contribute up to 20% of your pay on a pre-tax basis to a retirement account.
