By practicing something over and over again, you can create a new memory chip in your brain. You must do the same thing every time you lose focus so that your new memory chip will allow you to relax (unlike our frustrated friend Tommy Wants-to-Please) and visualize yourself successfully completing a task with positive affirmations.
